(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman was arrested after she entered an apartment that she did not live at.
According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley officers were called to the 2600 block of Sanders Lane on Friday just after 9 p.m. after receiving a call of that an intoxicated woman was causing a disturbance
When police arrived they found 47-year-old Kelly Peetz intoxicated, on the sidewalk outside of the apartment building.
"Officers talked to witnesses, who claim Peetz, who they did not know, entered their apartment and started becoming loud," Parsley says. "A resident then called police."
Peetz was arrested and charged with public intoxication and residential entry.
