Officers then discovered meth and several items in the vehicle used to make and process meth.
Officers arrested Swartz, 50-year-old Robert Holmes and 25-year-old Lindsey Hutchinson on felony charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth, illegal possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture meth.
Swartz was also charged with possession of meth and resisting arrest by fleeing.
After gathering information, officers then went to a home on Sanders Lane in Bedford where they discovered another one-pot meth lab. Officers arrested 37-year-old Steven Lagle, who was at the home, on charges of illegal sale of precursors, theft, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a legend drug.
Troopers then went to a second home in Greene County and discovered another one-pot meth lab.
