(MITCHELL) - Mitchell City Council members voted to put a four-way stop sign at the intersection of 11th and Orchard streets and a four-way stop sign at the intersection of Third and Frank streets.
In each instance, council members determined the signage was necessary because of traffic volume and a concern for safety.
