(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested on charges of neglecting a dependent after he allegedly yelled at his daughter and then struck her.
At 7:15 p.m. Saturday, police were called to the 100 block of South Yancy Lane after a witness reported a man outside yelling at a female juvenile and wanted police to check on the juvenile.
When officers arrived, they arrested 27-year-old Jacob Crum on charges of battery and neglect of a dependent.
