(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested after a domestic fight at the intersection of Old and New Ind. 37 Friday afternoon.
According to Sheriff Sam Craig, 27-year-old Matthew Jarvis was in a vehicle with a woman driver and the two were arguing.
"The woman who was driving, then stopped the vehicle in the roadway and they both got out of the vehicle and the argument continued," Craig says. "The woman was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The male did not want to file charges against the woman however information about the woman's involvement has been filed with the prosecutor's office in the case."
Jarvis was arrested and charged with domestic battery.
