Women Arrested After Giving Pharmacist Bottle Filled With Marijuana

(BEDFORD) - Two Bedford women were arrested after police were called to the CVS Pharmacy Thursday afternoon.

According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley one of the women dropped off several prescriptions to be filled and one of the bottles contained a leafy-substance that tested positive for marijuana.

Officer found the women, 49-year-old Kathleen Tina Bundy and 55-year-old Patricia Keller, in a vehicle at the drive-in area. A K-9 alerted officers to more drugs in the vehicle.

Officers were given consent to search and found several Ice Breaker containers that contained different milligrams of Adderall and marijuana and a container with Sumatriptan in it.

Officers arrested both women on charges of possession of marijuana/hashish and possession of a controlled substance. Bundy is also facing charges of possession of a legend drug.
