(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are investigating a report of a strong-armed robbery that happened in the 1100 block of South Clarizz Boulevard just after 7 p.m. Monday.
According to Sgt. Joe Crider, a 22-year-old was standing at the bus stop waiting for the bus when he was approached by two men, who took his backpack which contained his wallet, cash and credit cars.
Witnesses told police they saw a brief struggle over the backpack before the two suspects grabbed the bag and ran toward Campus Corner Apartments.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Bloomington Police.
