(MITCHELL) - The public is invited to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 12:15 p.m. today for the new Carpenter Banquet Hall.
Food will be available after the ribbon-cutting at the Mitchell Professional Building, 1500 W. Main St., Mitchell, including hot dogs, chips, soda and cookies.
