(BEDFORD) - Michelle Medlock Adams, of Bedford, children’s book “God Knows You”, published by Candy Cane Press was chosen as the 2014 Selah Book of the Year.
Adams traveled to North Carolina last week to receive the award at the Blue Ridge Mountain Christian Writers Conference in Ridgecrest.
This is not Adams' first time winning. Her book "My Big Book of Prayers took a Selah award in 2012.
But this is the first time a children's book has been named book of the year.
