Rainey reminds voters that knowing and reporting to the proper precinct is critical to being allowed to cast ballots.

Voters they must present a driver's license or an identification card when reporting to the polls. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles will be open Tuesday and can assist voters who need to obtain an identification card or renew driver's licenses.
