(BIRDSEYE) - A Dubois County man was arrested after he allegedly attacked another man with a baseball bat Monday night.
30-year-old David Porter of Ferdinand is facing preliminary charges of battery with a deadly weapon and invasion of privacy.
The attack happened at a home located off State Road 145, south of Birdseye.
Police say the victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Jasper Memorial Hospital.
