(BEDFORD) - County Police arrested 37-year-old Charles Strunk on Thursday afternoon on felony warrants of sexual misconduct with a minor, child molesting and incest.
According to a probable cause affidavit, a juvenile girl told police Strunk had "raped" her on a number of occasions.
She told Lawrence County Police Detective Phil Wigley she had only recently felt safe in telling an adult about crimes.
The girl told police that Strunk would touch her and then claim that he touched her by accident.
She also claims as time passed, Strunk also began telling her how good she was looking. She also recounted that Strunk would call her into his bedroom and would be lying in bed naked and would grab her and pull her down on the bed and not let her go.
The victim said Strunk had raped her in December 2012 and had threatened that, if she told anyone, he would hurt those she loved the most.
