(WASHINGTON) - Use of a cell phone caused a 3-vehicle accident that did an estimated $25,000 damage in downtown Washington Sunday night.

20-year-old Cassandra Breitwieser was driving down Main Street and drifted right striking a parked 2010 Dodge Avenger owned by Codie Baumert.

Baumert's car was then pushed into the rear of a parked Ford F150 pickup owned by Robert Hanks of Marion.
