(DAVIESS CO.) - The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Washington man Friday on a warrant for a petition to revoke a suspended sentence for dealing in a schedule 2 controlled substance.
27-year-old Anthony Birk is being held under $100,000 bond in the Daviess County Jail.
Washington Police also arrested 55-year-old Jack Miles of Washington, Friday for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, operating while intoxicated endangering a person, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a controlled substance. His bond was set at $6,000.
Washington Police arrested 34-year-old Billy Eggleston of Henderson, Kentucky Friday on a warrant for failure to appear in court for an initial hearing for disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $2,000.
