(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police were called to the 2400 block South Henderson Street at 7:21 a.m. Tuesday after a reported of a domestic fight.
When police arrived a man told them a woman had hit him in the head with a crutch and punched him in the mouth, causing cuts.
Bloomington Police Sgt. Joe Crider says the man suffered a bruise to his thumb and a scratch to his arm.
The man told police when he attempted to call police the woman took his cell phone and broke it.
Police arrested 43-year-old Rachel Arthur on charges of domestic battery and interfering with reporting a crime.
