(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested Thursday on charges of vicarious sexual gratification in the presence of a minor and confinement after police received a call just before 6 p.m. Thursday from a home in the 4000 block of South Rogers Street.
Police went to the home after a report of sex offense involving a juvenile girl and an 18 year-old man.
When police arrived they arrested Christopher J. Edwards, of Bloomington.
Police say the incident is still under investigation.
