(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested Saturday night on multiple counts of theft after he allegedly broke into several vehicle in the downtown area.
Bloomington Police Lt. Scott Oldham says 26-year-old Christopher Dwigans either by opened unlocked doors or broke car windows with rocks to gain entry and steal numerous items.
