(BLOOMINGTON) - A man was arrested after Bloomington police were called to the 1000 block of South Basswood Drive early Wednesday morning.
When officers arrived they arrested 19-year-old Caleb Shepard, of Bloomington, after witnesses saw him hitting a scooter with an object, breaking off pieces of the vehicle and damaging the handlebars.
Shepard is now facing charges of criminal mischief and illegal consumption.
