(BEDFORD) - Bedford First Assembly’s Open Air Encounters will be having its annual Connect a Kid to the Outdoors Day at Sugar Creek Sporting Clays, located on Sportsman Club Road, east of Mitchell.
The free event will be on Saturday June 21st from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Boys and Girls ages 9 to 15 can attend.
Children will learn archery, sheet shooting, water, gun and hunter safety, fishing, and much more. All equipment will be provided.
Participants will receive free fishing gear, lunch and a t-shirt. And there will be door prizes.
Only 40 slots are available. Call Bedford First Assembly Church 275-4280 to register.
