(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested on drug charges after police received a call of a suspicious man in the 1100 block of 22nd Street Wednesday night.
When police arrived they found 30-year-old Richard Collins, who police say was intoxicated. They also discovered Collins had meth.
He was arrested on charges of public intoxication and possession of meth.
