(BEDFORD) - A woman was arrested after she gave Bedford Police officers a false name and attempted to urinate outside after officers went to her home to serve a warrant.

According to Bedford Police Chief Dennis Parsley, officers went to a home in the 500 block of I Street and found 38-year-old Mary Noel outside.

When police spoke to Noel she gave police a false name and birth date. However one of the officer knew Nole from dealing with her in the past. Her identity was then confirmed through a photo id and she was arrested.

That is when Noel became unruly and started screaming and attempted to urinate outside in front of her neighbors home.

Officers restrained her and she was arrested her on charges of identity deception, possession of a synthetic drug, disorderly conduct and on a warrant for petition to modify probation.
