(SEYMOUR) - Aisin Chemical Indiana LLC and Aisin Drivetrain Inc. announced plans Wednesday to expand their Crothersville operations and add 74 jobs by 2016.
Both companies provide supplies to the automotive and industrial equipment industries and are subsidiaries of Seymour-based Aisin Holdings of America and Japan-based Aisin Group Cos.
Construction should start this year on the Aisin Chemical project with plans to begin operations next year. It will produce friction disc plates.
