Last updated on Wednesday, April 23, 2014

(MITCHELL) - Two people complained of pain after a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 50 East and Brown Station Road Tuesday night.

According to a Lawrence County Police report, 27-year-old Tyler Lee was slowing his 1996 GM truck that was pulling a boat and trailer to turn into a private drive when the trailer was hit in the rear by a 2001 Toyota Avalon driven by 25-year-old Courtney Grow.

Grow told police she didn't see the vehicle stop because of the sun's glare.

The 2004 Skeeter bass boat was ejected from the trailer and landed in the eastbound lane of U.S. 50 East.

Both Lee and Grow complained of body pain following the incident.
