(MITCHELL) - Two Bedford residents were arrested after Mitchell Police stopped the vehicle they were in for a traffic violation on Saturday on Ind. 37, south of McDonalds.
Police arrested 28-year-old Melissa Jackson on a charge of maintaining a common nuisance and 34-year-old Mark Phillips on charges of dealing and possession of meth and possession of marijuana.
