(BEDFORD) - Lawrence County Police went to a home on Old Ind. 37 North, Friday night to serve an arrest warrant for domestic battery charges and criminal mischief on 19-year-old Jacob Deckard of Bedford.
Sheriff Sam Craig says that while there serving the warrant, officers determined Deckard had been drinking. So he is now facing an additional charge of illegal consumption.
While at the home, officers also noticed drugs.
They then arrested 23-year-old Tyler Speer of Springville on charges of possession of meth and marijuana and 18-year-old Dustin Snapp of Bedford for maintaining a common nuisance.
