Sullivan Crowned Dogwood Festival Queen, Busick Named Citizen Of The Year

(ORLEANS) - 16-year-old Madison Sullivan, a sophomore at Orleans High School, was crowned queen of the Orleans Dogwood Festival Saturday night.

And 92-year-old Leopal Busick was named citizen of the year.

The Dogwood Festival kicks off Wednesday.
