(BEDFORD) - St. Vincent Dunn Hospital Foundations' annual spring fundraiser is "Who Stole the Mona Lisa?"

The event is set for April 25 in the Lakeview Room at Spring Mill State Park.

Susan McCauley, foundation president says the unfolding of the mystery commences at 6 p.m. while guests sip cocktails and peruse items for auction. A dinner buffet with a distinctive French flavor follows at 7 p.m., with the live auction to begin at 8:15 p.m.

McCauley explained guests at each table will work in unison to determine who stole the Mona Lisa, and where the prized painting can be found.

She noted a "secret agent" was expected to supply a few helpful hints. Groups solving the mystery are eligible for prizes.

Auction items include fine jewelry, luxury hotel accommodations, event tickets, and celebrity-autographed items, including a basketball signed by Boston Celtics coach Brad Stevens.

McCauley said proceeds from the event go to the foundation's Patient and Visitor Comfort Project. She noted some of the money will be used to purchase four sleeper chairs for visitors who can't bear to leave their loved ones.

Tickets are $50 and must be purchased in advance. Sponsorships are available at three different levels. McCauley says those unable to attend are encouraged to purchase tickets to be placed in a random drawing for associates of the hospital.
