(MITCHELL) - The Lawrence County Police Department is investigating the theft of a money box from Superior Small Engines on U.S. 60 West.
The theft was reported just after 4:30 p.m. Sunday.
Sheriff Sam Craig says when officers arrived they discovered the person who took the money box entered through a window that was found damaged.
Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.
