(MARTINSVILLE) - A Martinsville man has been charged with public indecency after a couple reported he was allegedly pleasuring himself at the top of the hill in Jimmy Nash City Park.
Police arrested 41-year-old Mark Kent following the incident.
If found guilty, he could be sentenced to one year in jail.
