(BROWN CO.) - The Brown County Junior High School We The People team retained its title as national champions in the four-day national civics contest that ended April 7.
Competitors take part in mock Congressional hearings and are evaluated on their understanding of portions of the Constitution and other founding American documents.
The 24 eighth-graders spent several days competing against nine schools from across the country.
