(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police are investigating an armed robbery that happened in the 200 block East 20th Street at 10:42 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers were called to the apartment after the two tenants and their female friend told police that they were visiting in the living room when two men entered the apartment through an unlocked door.
The suspects, armed with a long gun and a handgun, took turns rummaging through the apartment before taking cash and a prepaid card, according to Bloomington police Sgt. Joe Crider.
The suspects were described as white men in their 20s or early 30s with medium builds and wearing dark-colored shirts and jeans.
No injuries were reported during the robbery.
