(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was arrested after police were called to the parking lot of Kmart at East Third Street Sunday afternoon.
26-year-old Dustin Galyan was found sitting in a Dodge Neon in the parking lot of Kmart.
According to Bloomington Police Sgt. Joe Crider, Galyan had purchased cans of air duster and was huffing them.
A 14-year-old boy was also in the car, but police say he didn't appear to be intoxicated.
An ambulance was called to the scene and checked out Galyan and the teen.
The teen was then released to a family member. Galyan was arrested on preliminary charges of inhaling toxic vapors.
