(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell man was arrested after police went to a home in the 1900 block of Lawrence Street and found marijuana.
According to Mitchell Police Chief Mike Hardman, Officer Andy Blackburn went to the home Monday night to serve a warrant on an individual when he detected the distinct odor of burning marijuana.
Police arrested 32-year-old Travis Barlow, who lived at the home, on charges of possession of marijuana over 30 grams and maintaining a common nuisance.
The other person who was wanted on a warrant was not at the home.
