(LINTON) - A Linton man was arrested Friday night after officers were called to a home on North West F Street because a man was standing on a deck armed with a knife.
When police arrived they found 26-year-old Jordan Sharp standing on near the entrance of the home with the knife in his hand.
Officers ordered Sharp to drop the knife but he refused. Officers then approached him and he finally dropped the weapon.
He was arrested on a warrant that was issued Friday morning, charging him with strangulation, theft, and battery resulting in bodily injury. He was taken to the Greene County Jail where he is being held on a $9,000 bond.
