(MITCHELL) - A Greenwood man was injured after his truck was struck at Ind. 37 and Art Gallery Road Thursday afternoon.
According to a Lawrence County Police report, 47-year-old Kenneth Carter was crossing Ind. 37 from the west side of Art Gallery Road and was heading to the east side of Art Gallery Road when his 1995 Ford F-150 was struck by a 2003 GMC Sierra driven by 58-year-old Eddie Wray.
Carter complained of chest pain after his air bags deployed. His passenger, whose name was not listed on the accident report, was not injured during the incident. Wray was also not injured during the incident.
Carter was taken to IU Health Hospital by Seals ambulance. Also responding to the scene were Marion Volunteer Fire Department first responders.
