Crash Leaves Two Hurt

(BEDFORD) - Two people were injured Thursday afternoon at the entrance of Walmart and John Williams Boulevard.

According to a Bedford Police report, 49-year-old Curtis Jewell was traveling east on John Williams Boulevard in the south lane when his 2008 Saturn was struck by a 2013 Jeep Wrangler driven by 43-year-old Tyonne Cummings of Heltonville.

Cummings was exiting the Williams Crossing shopping area and attempting to a make a left turn onto John Williams Boulevard.

Jewell suffered neck pain and was taken by ambulance to IU Health Hospital. Cummings complained of right leg pain and left hand pain. She was treated at the scene.
