(BLOOMINGTON) - During the Board of Park Commissioners meeting, the Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department recognized Judy Berkshire.
Berkshire was recognized for her active and dedicated involvement as a participant and volunteer in the Community Gardening Program.
She was presented with the city's Bravo award.
