(BEDFORD) - Abigail Parker has been announced as the winner of the 2013-2014 Lawrence County DARE essay contest.
Parker is a fifth grade student in Mrs. Allen's class at Dollens Elementary School in Oolitic.
Abigail received a plaque and her class will feast during a pizza party she won for her class.
