(WASHINGTON) - Washington Police arrested an Odon Man Sunday on a charge of criminal trespass.
19-year-old Jonathan McKay is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Also on Sunday police arrested 26-year-old Matthew Warne of Montgomery on warrants for defrauding a financial institution and three counts of theft and one count of forgery.
He was arrested after police stopped his vehicle for a traffic violation. He is now facing charges of driving while his driver's license was suspended with prior convictions and possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bond.
And 50-year-old Shelli Abbott of Otwell was arrested on a charge of possession of a schedule IV controlled substance. She was released from jail after posting a $2,500 bond.
