UDATED: Two Women In Jail After Running Woman Over With Car

(BLOOMFIELD) - Cynthia R. Cox and Kathleen Featherstone were arrested around 6 p.m. Saturday by Indiana State Police Trooper Richard Klun.

Linton police and ISP troopers and other law enforcement agencies have been looking for the two, who are accused of physically attacking another woman then, after the victim was able to escape and was walking away, running her down and intentionally hitting her with a vehicle late Tuesday.

Warrants were issued Thursday for the arrests of Cox and Featherstone.
On Saturday night, both Cox and Featherstone were arrested and are facing charges of on preliminary charges of criminal confinement and battery resulting in bodily injury.

Linton Police Chief Troy Jerrell says the investigation is ongoing and more charges could be filed.

As of Saturday evening, both women were being held in lieu of $11,000 bond.
