Two Arrested After Police Find Drugs And Cash

(LINGTON) - Two people were arrested on numerous drug charges after an investigation by Indiana State Police and the Linton Police Department.

A search warrant was issued by Greene County Superior Court early Wednesday morning for a home at 10 11th Street Northwest in Linton.

Officers from ISP, Linton, Jasonville, Worthington and the Greene Coutny Sheriff's Department served the warrant.

During the serach officers found numerous items used to consume the drugs and more than 700 grams of synthetic drugs and syntetic drug look-alike substanaces. They also found pills, mutiple digital scales, packaging material, latex gloves, numerous smoking devices and other controlled prescriptions and a significant amount of cash, which police says was from selling the drugs.

Police arrested 31-year-old Robert Ceol, of Linton on charges of dealing in synthetic drugs, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule III controlled substance, maintaining a common nuisance, possession fo a synthetic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The also arrested, Brooke Hamoel, 20, of Linton on charges of dealing synthetic drugs, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a synthetic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
