(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police say a man found dead in the snow on the north side of IU Health Bloomington Hospital’s parking garage committed suicide.
According to Monroe County Coroner Nicole Meyer, no foul play is suspected in the death of 31-year-old Christopher E. Owens, of Bloomington.
