(HAYSVILLE) - The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help in recovering a flag stolen from the flagpole in front of the Haysville Fire Department.
The 5-by-7- foot flag was reported missing Thursday.
There was no evidence the flag was ripped off by the wind and the rings holding the flag were at the bottom of the pole indicating someone lowered the flag and removed it.
Anyone who has information on the flag's whereabouts is asked to contact the Dubois County Sheriff at 812-482-3522 or simply return the flag to the flagpole.
