(NASHVILLE) - A Brown County man was arrested Sunday after police responded to a report of domestic violence.
Brown County Deputies went to Country Club Road at 6:45 p.m. and found 45-year-old John Bock of Nashville and a woman had parked their vehicle along the side of the road.
The couple had run out of gas and Bock had allegedly battered the woman.
After speaking to the woman and several witnesses, police arrested Bock on charges of battery and criminal confinement.
He was booked in the Brown County Jail and was being held on $3,500 bond.
