(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Restoration Inc. will offer a maple syrup making program on Saturday at the Hinkle-Garton Farmstead, 2920 East 10th St., Bloomington.
The class will begin at 2 p.m. and is about 90 minutes long. Because the sap run is weather dependent, class participants will be contacted at a later date(s) to join in the sap collection and boiling process.
Cost is $20 per person. A snow date of Feb. 23 has been set.
