(BLOOMINGTON) - Police say a Bloomington man stole a maroon van from a car dealership, refused to stop for officers and led them on a chase Wednesday that ended in northern Morgan County.
38-year-old Gregory Allen Prather was booked into the Monroe County Jail at 1:36 p.m. Wednesday on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with refusal to take a breath alcohol test, reckless driving and vehicle theft.
His bond was set at $4,000 surety, $500 cash.
