Man Arrested After Breaking Into Linton CVS Pharmacy

(LINTON) - Linton Police caught a burglar inside CVS Pharmacy on State Road 54 East in Linton.

29-year-old Jamison Wease allegedly used a hammer to break the drive-through window of the pharmacy early Thursday and was caught when two Linton Police officers arrived at 12:51 a.m. and found him inside the pharmacy.

The Greene County Daily World reports, officers were alerted to the break in after CVS's security operations alerted police that someone was breaking into the pharmacy using a hammer, and CVS security personnel were watching the man on security video.

Wease was arrested without incident and is facing charges of burglary, attempted theft and criminal mischief.
