(FREETOWN) - A 42-year-old Jackson County man was arrested after he was involved in a two-vehicle wreck Wednesday night on State Road 58 near Freetown.
42-year-old Craig Blake of Seymour faces a Class D felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated refusal with a prior conviction after the wreck, reported at 11:15 p.m., according to a news release from Jackson County Officer Rick Meyer.
Meyer said Blake was driving a 1998 Jeep on County Road 850N that when he turned south onto State Road 58 in front of a 1997 Ford Explorer that Jeffrey Taylor was driving north on State Road 58.
