Last updated on Thursday, February 27, 2014

(LINTON) - The Greene County Drug Task Force arrested three Linton men for dealing drugs Tuesday morning.

61-year-old Mickey Tosti is facing three felony counts of dealing meth over 3 grams.

55-year-old Juan Rodriguez Jr. is facing charges of dealing a schedule II controlled substance.

30-year-old Brandon Missel is facing charges of dealing in a controlled substance.

Linton Police Chief Troy Jerrell says the arrests came after a long investigation. Arrest and search warrants were issued Monday along with a request from the Prosecutor's Office to seal all public records in the case.

The first warrant was served at Tosti's home in the 300 block of G Street. When Tosti saw police he fled to the back of the home and began destroying evidence.

Police recovered numerous items related to drug use and drugs. During the search of the home they found Missel hiding under the house.

Both Missel and Tosti were arrested and are being held without bond.

Later officers served warrants at Rodriguez home at 22 Mobile Manor. Rodriguez was arrested without incident. He too is being held without bond.

Rodriguez is accused of dealing hydrocodone.

Chief Jerrell says the investigation is not over and additional charges could be filed.
