(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police Department recently presented two year’s worth of awards to members of its force during a ceremony February 9th at City Hall.
Officer Anthony "Andy" Fosnaugh was named officer of the year for 2013 and Officer Lloyd Hawkins received the award for 2012.
